These terms apply to your use of PokémonGPT ("the service"), operated by Jiaqing Zhang, including the PokémonGPT plugin, its MCP server and its API. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
The service provides information about Pokémon Trading Card Game cards and their TCGplayer market prices for personal, informational use.
Information only
Card data and prices come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Prices are for ungraded cards and are refreshed periodically, not live. Nothing provided by the service is financial or investment advice, an appraisal, or an offer to buy or sell. Check current prices with the seller before any transaction.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harm it or others: no attempts to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, and no bulk downloading or scraping of its data. Requests may be rate limited.
Availability
The service is provided free of charge on a best-effort basis. It may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
PokémonGPT is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK, TCGplayer or OpenAI. Pokémon names, card text and card images belong to their respective owners. The service's source code is available under the MIT License at https://github.com/danielqingz/pokemongpt-mcp.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including losses from buying or selling cards based on its information.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
